Wireless Broadband Tweak?

-I'm using a globe tattoo broadband e1552. My operating system is Windows 7 32 bit. I have also a strong signal. I tried finding tweaks via google to improve the speed of my internet connection. As I applied it, none of them work for me. I also tried Full Speed software, again it didn't worked out. Can anyone help me how to tweak my broadband?Broadband ISPs control the speed at their end, via their routers and firewalls. There is no software out there that can speed things up by loading software on your computer. Speeds are totally controlled by the ISP.
