TamimI had the same problem with my hp laptop. It's not about the laptops. It's about skype. Some times it has these bugs in it which cause these irritating problems. What I did was : deleted (unistalled skype) and then refreshed my settings. Waited for a day. (waiting doesn't help, it's just what I did) and then installed skype. Then you will have no problem at all.
