Any way to slow down my parents internet?

-Hey i want to start playing xbox live but we dont have cable internet we have mobile internet or broadband which is we can take our computers anywhere and have internet. My parents dont want to switch because they have no problems with it. But is there a way i can give them a ''problem'' like slow down their internet? so they will switch. How would it be done? I would be able to do something to there computer because i know my dads computer password if thats what it will take. hit me back.If you don't like their choice of internet, then get a job and start paying for cable internet yourself.



If you're too young or too lazy to get a job, then stop complaining and enjoy something which is basically provided to you for free.
You can't slow the Internet its self but you can make the illusion the Internet sucks by twisting and tangling the cord were the Internet goes through.
IP flood your IP or your local host which is most likely 127.0.0.1 but it will lag you too.
GO BUY YOUR OWN!!! GET A JOB AND THEN GET YOUR OWN!! OTHERWISE HUSH IT!!
