Neighbor wants to share wifi, is it safe?

-My upstairs neighbor wants to share a wifi connection so we can split the bill. If I give him my password can he access personal information, such as online debit/credit card purchases, passwords, etc?First of all, that is NOT legal. I would not do it. That is what firewalls are for. Cheating the wifi company of a few bucks will come to haunt you someday, as there is such as thing as KARMA.

There are many easy answers but they are not necessarily the right answers. Do things the right way, you'll be happy with yourself in the long run.

Do NOT give anyone your password unless it's your spouse.
If you know the person well, like a really good friend or if they're family or something, i personally would. But i didnt know them too well i would say f ck no! They could be hackers or some sh*t! Haha! :) Im positive that there is a way to get to your personal info though. But anyway its up to you! Good luck!
The #1 problem with it is that if he does something illegal on your internet, the FBI will be knocking on your door, not his. =/ If you know him good, go for it, other wise no.
If he uses that connection for any illegal activity like hacking then you will be held responsible for that. Your connection only will be traced.
No it is not safe. Say that they illegaly download music or anything else then your ip address would come up and therefore you can be hold accountable.
You will be fine, as long as you keep your password router access different from your account's password.
No he can't access any of that. He will only be able to use the internet. If he is gonna pay half then I would go for it
One answer: HOMEGROUP OFF
