Is 1.5 MB/S fast for download speed?

-I'm downloading a game on Steam and it says its downloading at a rate of 1.5MB/s. Is that fast? What is the average internet speed when downloading a game? And why does the Internet sometimes disconnect and reconnect when someone calls our phone? Thank you for the help.Thats slow as hell, considering it takes at least 6 mbps to stream from netflix without buffering. Average depends on what your paying for through your ISP. And you have ****ty phone service if it disconnects when you get a call.
