IP Camera's What do i need?

-Hi basically setting up a system, possibly 8 cameras per unit . i have good expirience in port forwarding. and want to be able to access them from my smart phone so just wondering.



So do they connect straight up to the router ? also i am a business user so i have around 4 access points so which one do i use ?



and what is the best software to view them ?



And is it really as simple as they wirelessly connect to the router and you can just view them via there ip??
