I'm connected to the internet but I can't access webpages.?

-Okay so when I am at home I can connect to the internet wirelessly just fine and yesterday I could connect easily to the internet at work. Tonight I cannot and it says that I am connected to my work's network, but my IPv4 Connectivity and IPv6 Connectivity says No Internet Access. Media State is Enabled, the Speed yesterday was 56Mbps and now it is 12.0Mbps, and Signal Quality is Full. I checked my drivers and they are all up to date. Also I get error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed outGo to menus, network connections and make sure the wireless is enabled.
