Does ISP have right to see what i have been doing when i have unlimited download?

-Is my ISP allowed to see what i do and what i download, because i use the internet A LOT like more than 1 gig everyday from watching YouTube videos to downloading movies and video from I-tunes surfing lots and lots of website. But it made me question if my isp has nay right to see what i have been doing like what fie have download or what website i have visited

even though im on a plan for unlimited download and they should be expecting me to use a lot of Information (be a waste of money not downloading and using no internet)

if so What if my privacy is being broken i don't want my isp to know what i have been browsing because sometime have have homework and so forth about guns and etc

bottom do you thing my ISP will be looking at my download patter even though i use more than 1 gig a day? do you believe it is a break of privacy of my provider knowing what I've been watching?Really? Newsflash: Every site you visit is logged by your ISP. This has NOTHING to do with your internet plan. Nobody is sitting there and monitoring you. It's all logged automatically. It's not a breach of privacy. Deal with it.

Collinc, they aren't legally obligated to maintain 2 years of records, but the US government has tried to mandate that before. For now, they simply encourage it, but 2 years for a major ISP is one helluva load to carry.if you want privacy when downloading their are some programs i forgot the name of it sorry it hides your ip when downloading be careful most of them are scam
They are legally obliged to record all your activity going out through their connection for 2 years.
