Dial Up Connection Problem?

-Hi friends . Please resolve this problem. I am using BSNL WLL Phone. Using this phone I am connecting my internet connection( Dial Up connection). There is no initial connecting Problem. But after few min the connection is getting disconnected. It showing Like this 鈥淟ink to BSNL failed. Reconnect Pending鈥?

But in My BSNL Phone showing that 鈥淒ata connection in Progress鈥? The connection is closed only in my system. Not in my Landline. Few time the connection getting connected for long time ( Max 2 hour)

Some of my friends told that I might be virus problem.Then I formatted my full system and I changed my OS( XP). And then I installed Avast Antivirus. But still the problem is occurs.

Modem Name : VIA telecom CBP USB ModemThe problem seems not because of the OS you use. Check your connections from phone to your computer. As you said the phone is working and the internet is disconnecting showing a warning right! Checking your connection from your phone to modem or replacing the cable from phone to modem would help solve your problem.open your network connections and check your enter-net connection as well you can also check your user name & password too if this also don't work then again delete or remove your old dial up connection account and create the new dial up connections
